Q: Why is there a license?

A: Unlike most content purchased where you would receive just the one copy and not be allowed to make more, we allow copies of our files and designs to be made under limited circumstances. Those are defined by the license terms.

Q: What are the different licenses?

A: What's shown here isn't the actual license (those are included with your downloads) but is an overview of each license*:

'Personal' : for crafts like scrapbooking, home decor, holiday cards not offered for sale, and produced by one household. Digital use for a small number of personal projects such as backgrounds, avatars, projected images.
Print/Mixed Media (other than wall covering): 75 pages/pieces per year.
Social media posts: 30 per year.
'Small Project': For wallpaper, wallcoverings or decor fabric not offered for sale, and produced by one household. This license usually include a 'Personal' license in addition.
Wallpaper and Fabric: 1200 square feet or 110 square meters for one residence.
'Business' or 'Medium Project': For displayed use in a business manner by a single entity with less than 50 employees. Designs may be used for logos or graphics (like invoice stationery or a business sign) but may not be copyrighted, registered for trademark or trade dress. Digital use for social media, website, email marketing. Not intended for a distributed product. Use in packaging/branding in restricted quantities.
Wallpaper &Fabric: 3300 sqft or 300 sqm for one location.
Print/Mixed Media (other than wall covering): 500 pages/pieces per year.
Social media posts: 366 per year.
'Custom': These are custom licenses that have different quantities or are for a specific use. These are not regularly offered in product listings.
